Brian is a seasoned veteran in the industry, serving as a fractional CFO for middle market companies. His areas of expertise are extensive and he is an expert in financial operations and streamlining processes using effective leadership, planning and decision-making abilities. Systematic and well-organized, Brian's strong attention to detail, mathematical acumen and strong GAAP knowledge, are essential to his clients. Brian brings 25+ years of experience serving in senior management positions at First Community Bancshares and Ham, Langston & Brezina, and as Chief Financial Officer for Approved Money Center, which grew from a start-up to 35 locations and an outstanding loan balance of $2.25 million during Brian's tenure with the company. Brian is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and a Master's Degree (MBA) in General Studies, Banking and Financial Support Services.
